Why we built Pooly DoTool
Your work stays on your device
- 1. Information We CollectPooly DoTool does not collect any personal information, account details, contact data, location data, or usage identifiers of any kind. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile — the folios, run sheets, and technique cards you build belong entirely to you and your device.
- 2. How We Use InformationBecause nothing is collected, nothing is analyzed, aggregated, profiled, or sold. We do not build usage statistics about how you sequence cascades, which fault trees you open, or which vessels you maintain.
- 3. Data StorageAll folios, run sheets, cleaning cascades, tool rack configurations, and inspection notes are stored locally on your device only. Pooly DoTool has no server-side database and does not sync your data to any cloud infrastructure we operate.
- 4. Third-Party ServicesThe app does not integrate advertising networks, analytics SDKs, crash-reporting trackers, or any third-party service that would receive data about you or your device while using Pooly DoTool.
- 5. Data SecurityBecause your procedures and records never leave your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote account to compromise. Your device's own security settings govern access to the information Pooly DoTool stores locally.
- 6. Children's PrivacyPooly DoTool does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all. The app is designed as a professional field tool and does not target children, and no data is gathered from any user regardless of age.
- 7. Your ControlYou are always in control of your local data. Deleting a folio, run sheet, or technique card removes it from your device immediately. Uninstalling Pooly DoTool removes all remaining locally stored data, since no copy exists anywhere else.
- 8. Changes to This PolicyIf this policy is ever updated to reflect new features or clarify existing practices, the revised version will be published with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
